The 108 GPH Centrifuge Wall Unit is compact. The centrifuge, bypass valve, pressure release valve and motor/pump are all mounted on a HDPE backboard. The wall unit eliminates the need for drilling holes or welding your drum, as the supply hose is just lowered to the drum bottom. This unit can be unpacked from the box and hung on the wall above your drum, completely assembled. You are ready to process.
The “Centrifuge Unit” has the ability to polish your wvo to less than 1 micron.Begin by filtering your oil to remove the larger particles. The unit has the capability of removing water by way of the temperature in the drum and from the centrifigal force of the rotor in the centrifuge. Heat your oil to 150 -170º F with the 1500 watt Drum Heater. There are no filters or filter bags to replace - simply clean out the rotor in the centrifuge when it is full. The 1/2 HP Oberdorfer carbonator-mount gear pump delivers the hot WVO to the 1.8 GPM centrifuge at 85 PSI for peak performance. The carbonator-mount pump and motor takes oil from the bottom of the barrel to ensure constant recirculation of oil through the centrifuge.

The Centrifuge was designed to Filter Oil cleaner than any other Filtering System. Bag filters or house filters will not remove contaminants and water as efficiently as a Centrifuge. A Centrifuge Filtration Unit can filter oil to below .5 micron and there are no filters to replace and no recurring charges. Your WVO Filtration System is a stand-alone system needing less than a 3’ square area of floor space. This Filtering System operates at a low pressure (85-90 psi) and operates independently – turn it on and in a few hours return to clean oil.
