Oil centrifuges are used in the alternative fuels market for cleaning WVO, WMO, and other biofuels. To make biodiesel you need to process vegetable oil or you can filter your waste vegetable oil or waste motor oil to below .5 micron by centrifuge filtering and use as fuel for your diesel run vehicle or equipment.
This kit includes a 55 GPH WVO Centrifuge, 1/3 HP motor with carbonator-mount gear pump with ¼” ports, heavy-duty 1500 watt drum heater, 200 PSI pressure gauge, 250 degree temperature probe, adjustable pressure relief valve, 2 electric cords, 2 ball valves, all fittings and hoses necessary to complete your unit. Also included are 3 poly bulkhead fittings with ½” threading which enable you to connect a supply line, transfer valve, and temperature probe to your drum without welding. In addition to all the basic items, is a 1 HP transfer pump, 12’ ¾” fuel line, ¾” fuel nozzle, and all fittings to enable you to fill your vehicle or pump your WVO/WMO to your storage tank. The only additional item needed to process WVO/WMO/Biodiesel is a 55 gallon banded drum (not included).
With this kit you will be able to build your own WVO/WMO centrifuge filtration unit.
