In alternative fuels, the oil centrifuge is the best filter unit for waste vegetable oil, waste motor oil, gear oil, lube oil, or transmission fluid. Centrifuge filtering can clean your oil to below .5 micron and dewater your oil. Oil centrifuges need a gear pump for operation and a drum heater for thinning the oil.
Specifications
The flow rate capacity of the centrifuge is 5 GPM or 300 gallons per hour. The centrifuge measures13.5" in diameter by 18.5" tall. Rotor is capable of holding 202 oz. of contaminants. Centrifuge generates a centrifugal force 2,000 times greater than gravity at 4500 RPM. . The centrifuge will clean WVO, used motor oil or biodiesel in the wash process. The centrifuge will remove magnesol with more than one pass necessary. At the end of the process, you can also remove glycerin, which requires no heating. More than one pass may be needed.
