Payment and Delivery Times:

PA Biodiesel Supply accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or Paypal.

In stock items ship the next day and usually can be expected to arrive in approximately 5 business days or less from the day your order is placed. Items not in stock (which rarely happens) will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. Payments are made at the time the order is placed.

Prices and Sales Tax:

We will always try to provide quality products at the lowest price. PA sales tax of 6% will be added to all Pennsylvania orders.

Centrifuge Warranty:

Every centrifuge is warranted to the original owner to be without defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years. Bushings and shaft wear are not covered by the warranty.

Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will make every effort to meet your needs. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the receipt of your shipment. A refund will be made for the cost of the order, minus our shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer responsible for return shipping. Only unused and unopened items will be accepted as returns. If you receive an item that does not work properly or is broken, please call us within 10 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost to the customer. You will be supplied with a return label. After 10 days, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service, priority mail. We find it to be the quickest and most economical shipper. All items with free shipping are in the continental U.S. Only.
