In alternative fuels, the oil centrifuge is the best filter unit for waste vegetable oil, waste motor oil, gear oil, lube oil, or transmission fluid. Centrifuge filtering can clean your oil to below .5 micron and dewater your oil. Oil centrifuges need a gear pump for operation and a drum heater for thinning the oil.

Centrifuge comes with pressure gauge, 3/8" ball valve, 2 - 3/8" brass tees, 2 - 3/8" brass hose barbs, and 3/8" close nipple.
The flow rate capacity of the wvo centrifuge is 2.5 GPM or 150 gallons per hour. The centrifuge measures 6.5" in diameter by 10.5" tall. Rotor is capable of holding 42 oz. of contaminants. One 55 gallon drum of WVO will take approximately 20 minutes to process. The viscosity is the critical part of this equation. Centrifuge generates (at 85 PSI) a centrifugal force 2,000 times greater than gravity at 6400 RPM. You need to purchase a 1/2 HP motor with pump for centrifuge operation. The centrifuge will filter wvo, filter wmo, filter hydraulic oil, filter gear oil or dewater biodiesel. The centrifuge will remove magnesol with more than one pass necessary.
