The Dual 55 GPH waste oil centrifuge ~ 1/2 HP Motor gives you the versatility of 110 GPH while processing two different drums at two different times. Each WVO centrifuge come with 200 PSI liquid filled pressure gauge, 1/4″ ball valve, 2 – 1/4″ brass tees, 2 – 1/4″ brass hose barbs, and 1/4″ close nipple.

The flow rate capacity of the oil cleaning centrifuge is .92 GPM or gallons per hour. Each oil centrifuge measures 4″ in diameter by 6.5″ tall. Rotor is capable of holding 10 oz. of contaminants. Two 55 gallon drums of WVO/WMO will take approximately 60 minutes to process. The viscosity is the critical part of this equation. Waste oil centrifuge generates at 85 PSI a centrifugal force 2,000 times greater than gravity at 7500 RPM. The centrifuge for WVO will also clean used motor oil or biodiesel in the wash process. The centrifuge will remove magnesol with more than one pass necessary. At the end of the process, you can also remove glycerin, which requires no heating. More than one pass may be needed.

Cleaning used motor oil centrifuge will allow you to use waste motor oil as diesel fuel.  WVO centrifuge will filter your vegetable oil as fuel when turning your vehicle into a grease car.
