One 55 gallon drum of WVO will take approximately 8 minutes to process. Waste oil centrifuge generates (at 85 PSI) a centrifugal force 2,000 times greater than gravity at 4500 RPM. You need to purchase a 1 HP motor with pump for oil centrifuge operation. The waste oil centrifuge will filter waste vegetable oil, filter waste motor oil, filter hydraulic oil, filter gear oil or dewater biodiesel. The oil cleaning centrifuge will remove magnesol with more than one pass necessary. At the end of the process, you can also remove glycerin, which requires no heating. More than one pass may be needed. Waste oil centrifuges are used in the alternative fuels market for cleaning wvo, wmo, and other biofuels. To make biodiesel you need to process vegetable oil or you can filter your waste vegetable oil or waste motor oil to below .5 micron by centrifuge filtering and use as fuel for your diesel run vehicle or equipment.

Every product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years.  Bushings and shaft wear are not covered under this warranty.
