The Ultimate Force Centrifuge Kit has everything needed to filter and purify waste oil – all you need is an IBC tote or oil drum with a 2” bung! Our quick-connect hose kit latches onto the dirty oil container connecting it to the assembled-for-you centrifuge. As the centrifuge is processing oil the dirt and containiments are removed, while water is separated through the P Trap Fitting Kit at the bottom of the unit. Pure fuel-grade oil is all thats left!

Unlimited Alternative Fuel Sources
DIY Diesel, also know as Black Diesel is produced from waste motor oil (WMO). This recycled used motor oil an be sourced from garages, repair shops, and even junkyards for free! You just have to bring the waste oil to your shop for purification, and it’s ready to be used as fuel!
Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO) is another source than can be used as fuel in older diesel engines. WVO & fryer oil can be found at restaurants, farms, and even food processing plants! The original diesel engine invented by Rudolf Diesel ran on peanut oil, and yours can too!
How the System Works
The oil centrifuge system is gravity-fed, with valves on the Quick Disconnect Hose Kit that regulate the flow rate for optimal cleaning. A slower flow rate (around 5 to 10 gallons per hour) yields the cleanest results. Dirty oil flows through the heater into the top of the unit, while clean, filtered oil exits from the bottom. When the centrifuge shuts down, about ½ gallon of residual oil and water drains from the bowl out of the dirty oil hose into a secondary container. Cleaning the bowl is easy, taking less than 5 minutes every few hundred gallons of oil.

Inline Heater & Water Trap Fittings
Upgrade to the 1500 watt inline heater which thins the oil on demand, reducing its viscosity so it can be more effectively cleaned. As the oil is heated to between 170°F and 220°F any water content is separated and evaporates and exits through the dirty oil port. The P trap and T fitting ensure that air is stopped from entering the clean oil flow, allowing only pure, fuel-grade oil to pass through, while water and humid air escape through the T fitting on the dirty oil side. The heater kit includes a thermometer and a 400°F-rated hose for safe, reliable operation. Add your heater kit to this order or select an Ultimate Force which includes the heater kit.

Enclosed Bowl Design for Maximum Efficiency
The unique enclosed bowl design achieves a higher efficiency than an open-top bowl, where dirty oil can splash out. A built-in booster cone ensures that only clean oil escapes, directing contaminants to the very bottom so it must be cleaned, producing high-quality, fuel-grade oil. The removable locking lid secures tightly to prevent spills and is easy to remove for simple cleaning. With a powerful 1,600 G-force, the enclosed design purifies waste oil to less than one micron, delivering fuel-grade oil. The lid is secured with just six screws, allowing it to be removed and cleaned in under five minutes.

I use my centrifuge particularly for cleaning old diesel from boats that don’t move and so there is usually a water problem and also a bug problem. I have found it best to add One Shot storage pro a diesel additive that separates out water in diesel and leaves it as an emulsion for a week then decant for a day and centrifuge. If I don’t decant, I often find a lot of water in the diesel and that is too much for the centrifuge to hold before needing emptying by draining.
I find the centrifuge much better than filters…
